Since starting Hill Country Frames in 2023, Jeff has covered everything from 2A high school football, UIL State Championships, College Football Playoff games, NCAA Basketball & Baseball, as well as Major League Baseball events. Bringing a wealth of marketing, and digital media experience, Jeff is passionate about bringing coverage to fans, schools, and athletes as well as highlighting the best of Texas culture.

HCO Media works in collaboration with several hand-selected Photo and Video contributors. HCO Media Company aims to help creatives build their platform and clientele where we are able to. Creatives must maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect venue/company regulations and guidelines at all times.

HCO Media Company regularly works in collaboration with Lone Star Sports on many projects including graphics, photography, and video production. With over 4.1 millions likes on Tik Tok and hundreds of thousands of followers across many social media platforms, Lone Star Sports provides millions of viewers in Texas and the across the United States the opportunity to see the world of Texas High School sports in an in-depth and unrivaled way. Jaret V. Grayson and Jeff Norris started working together in 2023, and still work together on projects with their respective brands.
